- Account Data: When you register, we may collect your email address, name, or other contact details.
- Onboarding and Quiz Data: To personalize your daily cards and content, we collect the answers you provide during our onboarding quizzes (e.g., your goals, interests, and preferences).
- User-Generated Content: If you choose to upload a profile picture, we collect and store this image.
- Usage Data: We collect data about your interactions with the App, such as the cards you view, your daily streaks, book summaries you read/listen to, and your overall activity.
- Device Information: We automatically collect device-specific information such as your operating system, device model, unique device identifiers, and IP address.
- Third-Party API Content: Our App integrates with third-party APIs (such as TikTok) to fetch and display certain video content. While we do not control the data collected by these third parties, your interaction with such content within Selly is subject to this Privacy Policy.

How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes, including:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: Delivering your daily content cards, book summaries, and maintaining your streak.
- To Personalize Your Experience: Using your onboarding quiz results to tailor the business tips, affirmations, and routines we show you.
- To Manage Your Account: Processing your registration, subscriptions, and providing customer support.
- To Improve the App: Analyzing usage trends to understand which features or book summaries are most popular, helping us improve the App's UI/UX.
- To Communicate With You: Sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information only in the following situations:
- Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors, consultants, and hosting partners who need access to such information to perform work on our behalf.

Account and Data Deletion (Your Rights)
We believe you should have full control over your data.
- In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the App. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts. This action is irreversible.
- Requesting Deletion: Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your personal data by emailing us at support@selly.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Important Note on Subscriptions: Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Children's Privacy (Age Limitation)
Selly is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers or servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. BRK Technologies LLC is based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
